My mother introduced me to the WI when I was in my teens where I helped with garden parties, jumble sales, concerts and many other activities. After my marriage I spent 30 years travelling with my husband and joined WIs whenever I could. On retirement I joined the newly formed Ludlow WI where I served as Treasurer and President, various County sub-committees and am currently on the Federation Board of Trustees.
